About Us
We are a young entrepreneurial couple behind a small café focused on great taste, high-quality products and personal service.
We offer sweet and savory products: bagels, coffee, organic teas, homemade cakes, cookies, cupcakes, brownies and personalized cakes made to order. We work with carefully selected ingredients, natural products and organic options — always with taste at the center.

My passion for pastry-making began long before it became my profession. I was born in Colombia and moved to Spain with my parents at just eight years old, where I grew up and discovered my calling for gastronomy.
I completed my training as a Técnico Superior en Cocina (Advanced Culinary Technician) in Pontevedra, where I built a solid culinary foundation that I later complemented with a special dedication to pastry and artisanal pastry-making. I have always loved creating desserts for family gatherings and celebrations with friends — that's how a lifelong passion became my form of expression.
Every recipe that is now part of KOKITO Coffee & Cakes was developed, refined and prepared by me — always seeking the balance between flavor, quality and a presentation thought through down to the last detail.
A few years ago, I decided to start a new chapter in life together with my partner Stav and moved to Switzerland, seeking new professional and personal challenges. From this shared passion, KOKITO Coffee & Cakes was born: a place where specialty coffee and artisanal pastry come together to offer a warm, authentic experience filled with thoughtful details.
Our philosophy is simple: work with high-quality ingredients, craft each product by hand, and make sure that every person who walks through the door feels at home and enjoys a special moment.

Trained at the renowned Basque Culinary Center and with over 10 years of experience in fine dining, I create customized menus. Whether a romantic dinner, family celebration or themed evening — each dish is prepared with attention to detail to delight your senses.
After my training in gastronomy and culinary arts at the renowned Basque Culinary Center in the Basque Country, I gained over ten years of experience in top kitchens throughout Europe.
I worked in San Sebastián in traditional restaurants focused on quality ingredients, as well as in Madrid at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Coque. Internationally, I gained experience in London at the creative, Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant The Palomar. In Switzerland, I worked at Brasserie Bäregrabe with classic French-Swiss cuisine, as well as at Casino Bern, a culinary and cultural institution.
I speak fluent Spanish, German and English and also master Swiss German — so I offer you a seamless, personal experience not only on the plate, but also in communication.
